Key learning outcomes The master's degree program aims to prepare capable experts for technological, management and control functions in industrial enterprises focused on the production of cultures of microorganisms, food supplements and the biosynthesis of their components, enzymatic preparations for the food industry and other fields where the biotechnological approach is applied, especially in the form of the use of microorganisms, enzymes and generally metabolites of prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells. It is designed so that its graduates are also specialists for work in research, development and commercial organizations, education or state administration.
