Key learning outcomes The main goal of the study program Economics and Management is to prepare students both A) for their work in practice in the private, public and non-profit sphere in lower and middle management positions, with the ability to make independent decisions, apply a systematic and creative approach to problem solving and choose the appropriate way of adaptation to systemic changes and global trends, so B) for subsequent master's studies in the field or related to it. To fulfill the main goal, the following sub - goals are set, namely a) in the block of knowledge: 1. to equip students with general knowledge in the field of economics, management and finance, taking into account current trends and knowledge; 2. equip students with specific knowledge within specializations, taking into account current trends and knowledge; b) in the block of skills and abilities: 1. to present ways and encourage independent analytical work, including the design of partial innovative solutions at the appropriate level of complexity, resulting from the given level of study, using appropriate methodological procedures; 2. implement current theoretical approaches and update this knowledge in the long term with the help of self-study; 3. to develop and intensively strengthen the ability to make independent decisions on the basis of critical evaluation of documents and critical discussion using professional argumentation with other actors; 4. encourage socially responsible self-employment and responsibility; 5. to develop and consolidate professional language competences in the field of not only English; 6. educate for teamwork; 7. use appropriately specialized software; 8. get acquainted with practical experience and be able to apply it independently.

Persistence requirements K tomu, aby mohl student FaME pokračovat ve studiu ve třetím roce studia bakalářského studijního programu (dále jen "BSP"), je nutno získat alespoň 85 % kreditů z povinných předmětů za první a druhý rok studia podle aktuálních studijních plánů pro dané studijní programy a obory. Výše kreditů nutných pro postup do třetího roku studia BSP se zaokrouhluje na celé kredity dolů a je zveřejněna v Rozhodnutí děkana pro příslušný akademický rok.
