Course objectives:
The subject is aimed at providing students with information about aesthetics as a scientific subject from its inception to the present day, and presents the current main schools of thought.
Requirements on student
70% score in the final test. Completion and presentation of a professional report on one of the selected artworks of aesthetic thinking (10 pages). The result of a subject examination is expressed on a six-point scale: A "výborně" (i.e. "excellent"), B "velmi dobře" (i.e. "very good"), C "dobře" (i.e. "good"), D "uspokojivě" (i.e. "satisfactory"), E "dostatečně" (i.e. "sufficient"), F "nedostatečně" (i.e. "fail").
