Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na problematiku intenzity bolesti a její řešení u pacientů po artroskopii kolenního kloubu první pooperační den. Teoretická část obsahuje informace o pojmu bolest, její rozdělení, léčbu. Popisuje metody měření bolesti, dále výkon artroskopie kolenního kloubu, anatomii kolenního kloubu a specifika práce na ortopedických odděleních.
V empirické části práce byla použita kvantitativní metoda průzkumu formou nestandardizovaného dotazníku pro zjištění efektivity tlumení bolesti u dané skupiny pacientů první pooperační den po artroskopii kolenního kloubu.
Cílem práce je zmapování informovanosti pacientů o měřících technikách bolesti, na základě kterého dochází k efektivnímu tišení pooperační bolesti v praxi.

This thesis is focused on pain intensity and its solution in patients undergoing knee arthroscopy first postoperative day. The theoretical part contains information on the concept of pain, its distribution, treatment. It describes methods of measuring pain, as well as the performance of arthroscopy of the knee joint, knee joint anatomy and specific work on orthopedic ward.
In the empirical part, the quantitative survey method in the form of non-standard-fluidized questionnaire to determine the effectiveness of pain in the group of patients first postoperative day after knee arthroscopy.
The aim is to map the informing patients about pain measurement techniques, which is effectively relieve postoperative pain in practice.
