Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá močovou inkontinencí u žen a jejím vlivem na kvalitu života. V teoretické části je obsažena anatomie, typy inkontinence, léčba, pomůcky a pojem kvalita života. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit subjektivní vnímání kvality života u ženy s močovou inkontinencí. Tento cíl byl zjištěn pomocí modifikovaného standardizovaného dotazníku IQoL. Z dotazníkového šetření vyplynulo, že ženy s inkontinencí cítí různé obavy spojené s inkontinencí, cítí úzkost, deprese, nejistotu, stud. Inkontinence tedy ovlivňuje kvalitu života ženy v mnoha směrech.

This thesis deals with urinary incontinence in women and its impact on quality of life. The theoretical part is included anatomy, types of incontinence, treatment, utilities and the concept of quality of life. The main objective of this work was to determine the subjective perception of quality of life in women with urinary incontinence. This target was detected using a modified standardized questionnaire IQoL. The survey showed that women with incontinence feel different concerns associated with incontinence, feel anxiety, depression, insecurity, shame. Incontinence therefore affects the quality of life of women in many ways.
