Annotation Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat a aplikovat Dynamic System Development Method v rámci IT společnosti. Tato práce také popisuje negativní i pozitivní rozdíly mezi klasickým tj. vodopádový přístupem a Atern přístupem, vysvětluje principy DSDM stejně jako jeho vlastnosti a používané techniky. DSDM bude aplikováno na Rostering projekt, který je prioritně určen pro společnost Spirit group.
Annotation in English The purpose of this thesis is to describe and apply the Dynamic System Development Method within IT company. This work also compares the advantages and drawbacks be-tween this method and the classical i.e. Waterfall approach and Atern approach clarify the principles and techniques of DSDM. Finally, in order to illustrates the theory, DSDM will be applied to the Rostering System project developed for the Spirit Group company.
