Zameriavam sa na medzinárodné normy kvality: ISO 9000, QS 9000, BDA 6.1 a na najnovšiu technickú špecifikáciu ISO/TS 16949, ktorá spája QS 9000 a VDA 6.1.
Annotation in English The aim of my Bachelor thesis was to perform analysis of QMS (Quality Management System) which is established in Matador, Inc., Púchov. I focused on international standards and regulations of quality: ISO 9000, QS 9000, VDA 6.1 and the newest technical specification ISO/ST 16949 which unites QS 9000 and VDA 6.1.
