Annotation Tato práce konfrontuje teoretické poznatky o komunikaci získané s dostupné literatury, s praktickými poznatky získané z vlastní praxe. Popisuji zde, co to vlastně komunikace je, její druhy a způsoby. Práce obsahuje obchodní vyjednávání, argumentaci a praktickou část a s tím související veškeré komunikační taktiky, které pomáhají k dosáhnutí vytyčeného cíle při obchodním jednání.
Annotation in English This study confronts the theoretical pieces of knowledge of communication from available literature with my personal experiences. I try to describe what communication means and the kinds of communication in this study. The study inc1udes business meetings, negotiations and a practical part with all relevant communication techniques helping to reach settled targets during business negotiations.
