Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku financování vybrané neziskové organizace. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V první části je zpracována odborná literatura týkající se financování neziskových organizací. V úvodu praktické části je charakterizována vybraná nezisková organizace a na tuto část navazuje analýza současného stavu financování vybrané neziskové organizace. Dle zjištěné skutečnosti a navržených doporučení je zpracován návrh financování roku 2015 s výhledem na rok 2016. Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvoření financování roku 2015 a výhledu na rok 2016.

The thesis focuses on the issue of financing of non-profit organizations. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first part deals with the profes-sional literature affecting the financing of non-profit organizations. In the introduction to the practical part describes the chosen non-profit organization in this part is followed by analysis of the current state funding of selected non-profit organizations. According to the facts and recommendations is a proposal of funding by 2015 with a view to the year 2016. The aim of this thesis is to create funding by 2015 and outlook for 2016.
