V této práci jsem se zaměřila na trestnou činnost páchanou mládeží, na podmínky a příčiny vzniku kriminality mládeže a na její prevenci. Pro názornost je zde zpracována statistika trestných činů, kterých se dopustily děti a mládež s přehledem hranice trestní odpovědnosti v jiných zemích. Jedna z kapitol pojednává o trestech, které lze mladistvým za protiprávní činy uložit a síť ústavů, kde jsou mladiství a nezletilí umisťováni. Smutnou části této práce jsou tři příběhy, které mají společného jmenovatele - vrahem bylo dítě.

In this essey I directed to crime act made youth, to conditions and reasons of criminality. I also made an anylysis of crime acts, which are made by youth including sumary of resposibility for crimes in other countries. One of these chapteres is dealing with punishments what we can use and net of institutes, where the youth and juvenile are send. The sad parts of this essey are a stories which have one thing same - youth killer (murder).
