Táto bakalárska práca si kladie za cieľ navrhnúť čo možno najideálnejší spôsob financova-nia konkrétneho investičného zámeru vo vybranom podniku. Práca je rozdelená do teore-tickej a praktickej časti. V teoretickej časti je spracovaný rozbor literárnych prameňov pre-dovšetkým z oblastí zdrojov financovania podniku a z nástrojov slúžiacich na hodnotenie finančnej situácie podniku. Praktická časť sa skladá z troch analytických častí. V prvej ana-lytickej časti je posúdená a zhodnotená finančná situácia podniku za pomoci finančnej ana-lýzy. V druhej časti sú popísané možnosti podniku financovať investičný zámer. V záverečnej časti sa nachádzajú návrhy na financovanie konkrétneho investičného zámeru a ich verifikácia.

This bachelor work intends to suggest the most ideal way of financing of the concrete in-vestment intention in the chosen enterprise. The work is divided into theoretical and practi-cal parts. In theoretical part there is an analysis of literary sources, first of all from the sphere of those, concerning of financing of the enterprise and from the implements that serve for evaluation of fiscal situation of enterprise. The practical part consists of three analytical parts. In the first analytical part there is evaluation of fiscal situation of the en-terprise, that includes financial analysis. In the next part are described possibilities of the enterprise to finance the investment intension. In the last analytical part are suggestions for financing of the investment intension and verification of these suggestions.
