Annotation in English The main purpose of doctoral thesis consists in creation of interdisciplinary framework for studying self-organization processes in biology, chemistry and physics with modern modeling and simulation techniques implemented in a suitable computer environment. Self-organization processes are studied as a diffusion transport phenomena based on the heat and fluid transfer.
Keywords Samoorganizace, Bénardovy buňky, Bénard-Marangoni konvekce, difůzní proces, bobtnání polymerů, experimentální stanovení difůzního koeficientu, modelovací techniky, softwarové řízení a vyhodnocování
