Téma mé práce je ''Problematika šikanování dospělých, možnosti řešení‘‘. Cílem práce je shrnout a utřídit poznatky z oblasti šikanování. Stěžejní část práce je věnována šikanování dospělých, metod a prostředí. Na příkladech způsobů šikany pak navrhnout možnosti řešení.

The subject of my work is Harassment of adults and it’s possible solution. The main objective of this work is to uncover all knowledge about harassment and bullying and solve it. The most part of this article is dedicated to Harassment amongst adults, its enviroment and methods. Also examining known cases and determining it’s possible solutions.
