Annotation	Cílem této práce je vytvoření jednoduchého informačního portálu pro studenty, zaměřeného na ztrátovou kompresi. Přesněji jde o JPEG. Projekt je primárně rozdělen do dvou částí. První z nich je část teoretická, kde je popsán samotný proces komprese. Druhá část se věnuje tvorbě animací a aplikaci jako takové.
Annotation in English	This work introduces an information portal for students about lossy image compression, called JPEG. In order to achieve desired portal with flash animations, the project is split into a two main parts. The first one is theoretical part, where the all steps of image compression are discussed. The second part is focussing on the process of creating the portal.

Research Plan	Vypracovat dotazník (jestli lidé ví jak JPEG komprese vůbec funguje). Seznámení se základními pojmy komprese. Seznámení s barevnými modely (RGB, CMYK, HLS, YUV). DCT (Diskrétní kosínová transformace). Quantization (Kvantizace). Zig-Zag Ordering (Linearizace). RLE kódóvání. Huffman Encoding. Druhý dotazník (ukázat hotové dílo a zeptat se jestli pochopili jak JPEG funguje).
