Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou resocializace odsouzených ve výkonu trestu. Úvodní část pojednává o účelu a funkci trestu, druhá a třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na otázku diferenciace odsouzených a programů zacházení, jako prostředků jejich resocializace. O podmínkách výkonu trestu v praxi pojednává čtvrtá kapitola, která poukazuje na význam propojenosti penitenciární a postpenitenciární péče. Závěrem jsou shrnuty nejdůležitější problémy ztěžující proces resocializace odsouzených a navrženy možnosti jejich řešení.

The Bachelor thesis is focused on the issues of the social rehabilitation of prisoners during the execution of imprisonment. The introductory chapter describes the purpose and effect of the punishment. The second and the third chapters target the question of the classification of prisoners and programs of treatment intended as the means of their rehabilitation. The conditions of imprisonment are emphasized in the fourth chapter which refers to the significance of penitentiary and postpenitentiary care interconnection. The thesis conclusion summarizes the most important problems which hinders the process by which prisoners are supposed to be reintegrated into society and puts forward some proposals for a possible solution.
