Svoji práci jsem zaměřila na zásady migrační a azylové politiky České republiky. Vzhledem k tomu, že jsem si vybrala velice obsáhlé téma, snažila jsem se popsat základní hlediska azylové procedury, integrace azylantů a dobrovolné repatriace. V další části jsem se zaměřila na pobytový režim cizinců na území České republiky a s tím související následné integrace cizinců do naší společnosti.

The thesis deals with migration and asylum policies of the Czech Republic.
As the topic is an extensive one, the thesis focuses on basic issues of
the asylum procedure, integration of asylum seekers and voluntary
repatriation. The second part describes the regulations concerning
foreigners' stay in the Czech Republic and the subsequent integration of
foreigners into the Czech society.
