Annotation Diplomová práce se zabývá posuzováním efektivity využití programu ISPA ve Zlínském kraji na úseku životního prostředí. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na základní charakteristiku programu ISPA, na podmínky realizace tohoto programu v České republice. Praktická část práce je věnována hodnocení využití možnosti čerpání prostředků z programu ISPA ve Zlínském kraji na úseku životního prostředí. Podrobně se zabývá projektem Čistá řeka Bečva a jeho předpokládaným přínosem pro zlepšení kvality životního prostředí ve Zlínském kraji. Na závěr je zhodnocen přínos a využití spolufinancování projektů ve Zlínském kraji z prostředků EU v oblasti životního prostředí.
Annotation in English Master´s thesis deals with the evaluation of effectivity of ISPA Programme application in the environmental sector in Zlín region. The theoretical part of thesis focuses on basic characteristic of ISPA Programme, requirements of programme implementation in Czech Republic. The practical part of thesis deals with the evaluation of utilisation of possibilities of drawing up financial support from ISPA instrument in the environmental sector in Zlin region. In detail it deals with Clean River Bečva Project and its expected assets to improvement of environment in Zlin region. Finally the profit and contribution of part-financing projects in Zlin region from EU Funds is environmental sector is evaluated.

Diplomová práce se zabývá posuzováním efektivity využití programu ISPA ve Zlínském kraji na úseku životního prostředí. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na základní charakteristiku programu ISPA, na podmínky realizace tohoto programu v České republice. Praktická část práce je věnována hodnocení využití možnosti čerpání prostředků z programu ISPA ve Zlínském kraji na úseku životního prostředí. Podrobně se zabývá projektem Čistá řeka Bečva a jeho předpokládaným přínosem pro zlepšení kvality životního prostředí ve Zlínském kraji.
