Annotation	Diplomová práce se týká využití finančních prostředků z Operačního programu Průmysl a podnikání ve zkráceném rozpočtovém období 2004 až 2006, se zaměřením na projekty realizované v rámci Zlínského kraje. Teoretická část objasňuje pojem evaluace nebo-li hodnocení z pohledu regionální politiky a charakterizuje priority a cíle Operačního programu Průmysl a podnikání. Praktická část popisuje jednotlivé programy a nejúspěšnější projekty realizované ve Zlínském kraji a také hodnotí úspěšnost vzhledem k ostatním krajům České republiky.
Annotation in English	The thesis deals with the utilization of funds from the Operational Programme of Industry and Business in the shortened budget period of 2004 to 2006 with emphasis on projects implemented within the Zlín Region. The theoretical part explains the term of evaluation from the point of view of regional politics and characterizes the priorities and objectives of the Operational Programme of Industry and Business. The Practical part describes individual programmes and the most successful projects implemented in the Zlín Region and evaluates their successfulness with respect to other regions of the Czech Republic.
