Annotation	Cílem práce je získat základní přehled o sortimentu mléčných výrobků na našem trhu, zhodnotit prospěšnost pro naše zdraví. Součástí mé práce (praktická část) je také Dotazník o oblíbenosti mléka a mléčných výrobků u studentů ve věku 18-26 let. Základní informace o vitamínech a rozdělení hlavních mléčných výrobků. Všeobecně jsou mléčné výrobky pro naše zdraví prospěšné, zvláště když obsahují řadu důležitých vitamínů.
Annotation in English	Aim work is obtain basic survey about assortment milk products on our market, valorize helpfulness for ours health. Part of my work (practical part) is also questionnaire about popularity milks and milk products near students ages 18 - 26 years. Basic information on vitamines and fission of the chief milk products. Generally are dairy produce for ours healthy, especially when contain row important vitamines.
