Diplomová práce se zabývá systémem státní sociální podpory jako součásti veřejných financí a dopadem reformy veřejných financí na tento systém. První část práce popisuje státní sociální podporu a reformu veřejných financí a jejich vzájemné vztahy v teoretické rovině. Praktická část analyzuje dopad reformy veřejných financí na státní sociální podporu. Závěr praktické části obsahuje návrhy a doporučení vedoucí ke snížení nákladů systému a k jeho dalšímu zefektivnění.

This diploma thesis deals with the system of the state’s social welfare as a part of the public finances and the impact of the reform of public finances upon this system. The initial part of the work describes the state’s social welfare as well as the reform of public finances and their mutual relations on a theoretical level. The practical part then analyses the impacts of the reform of public finances upon the social welfare. The conclusion of the practical part contains proposals and recommendations for a reduction of the costs of this system and increasing the efficiency of the system.
