V práci je obecně charakterizována problematika manipulace s materiálem a výrobky se zaměřením na konkretní řešení manipulace s karoseriemi ve výrobním závodě ŠKODA AUTO. Z komplexní linky pro přepravu karoserií vozu A5 byl detailně řešený konstrukční uzel mechanizmu pro ustavení a zabezpečení polohy přepravního vozíku karoserie. Z pevnostních analýz byl provedený numerický MKP výpočet diskrétního modelu levé a pravé páky pohonu v programu SamcefField. V závěru jsou zhodnoceny výsledky a poznatky z provozní exploatace navrženého mechanismu.
Annotation in English
In the work have been generally characterized the problems of material and products handling with a view to a concrete solution of handling the coachwork at the production plant ŠKODA AUTO. From the complex line for transport of the coachworks of the car A5 has been solved in details the constructional centre of a mechanism for setting and securing the position of the transport truck of the coachwork. From the strength analyses has been carried out the numerical FEM computation of a discrete model of the left and right drive in the SamcefField program. In the conclusion have been the results and knowledge evaluated from the plant exploitation of designed mechanism.
