Annotation Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá technologií vytlačování dvouvrstvých profilů z kaučukových směsí na vytlačovací lince Triplex. V práci je popsán vliv teploty, otáček šneku, odtahové rychlosti a tvaru vytlačovací šablony na narůstání profilu za vytlačovací hlavou. V závěru práce je popsán návrh vytlačovací šablony pro jeden konkrétní běhoun s následným vyhodnocením navrženého profilu.
Annotation in English This bachelor thesis is concerned with the extrusion technology of two-layer treads from rubber compounds at extrusion line Triplex. There is described the influence of temperature, rotation speed, speed of conveyor-belt and shape of extruding die on accreation of treads behind the extruder head. At the conclusion of this study is described the suggestion of extruding die for the concrete tread with consequential evaluation of designed profile.

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá technologií vytlačování dvouvrstvých profilů z kaučukových směsí na vytlačovací lince Triplex. V práci je popsán vliv teploty, otáček šneku, odtahové rychlosti a tvaru vytlačovací šablony na narůstání profilu za vytlačovací hlavou.
