Annotation Diplomová práca sa zaoberá optimalizáciou technológie lepenia plastových komponentov pre zdravotnícke sety s využitím strojného zariadenia. Cieľom je zvýšenie produktivity a opakovateľnosti výroby. V teoretickej časti je popísaná problematika plastov, ich rozdelenie, zloženie, štruktúra a tepelné vlastnosti. Bližšie charakterizuje výrobu, vlastnosti a lepenie PS a PVC, ako aj technológiu vstrekovania plastových dielcov. Oboznamuje s technológiou lepenia plastov. V praktickej časti je uvedená pôvodná technológia lepenia. Popisuje riešenia výsledného stavu zavedenej technológie, použité zariadenia, prípravky a postupy. Na základe získaných meraní a výpočtov vyhodnocuje časovo-ekonomický prínos zavedenej technológie.
Annotation in English The Diploma thesis concerns pasted plastic components technology optimization intended for medical sets equipped with enginery. The theory part deals with the issue of plastics, plastics’ allotment, composition, structure and thermic characteristics. It characterizes production, attributes and pasting of PS and PVC, as well as technology of injected plastic parts. It acquaints with technology of plastics bonding. The practice part adduces original technology of bonding. It describes solutions resulting status of established technology, employed installations, preparations and methods. Next to the base of obtained measurements and calculation results (processed in graphics) the Diploma scores temporal and economical acquisition of implemented technology.
