Annotation	Diplomové práce se zabývá institucí rodiny, jejími typy a funkcemi včetně historického vývoje. Dále hodnotí současné pojetí rodiny, její charakteristické znaky. Jedním z hlavních témat je problematika vysoké rozvodovosti a jejích hlavních prediktorů. Součástí diplomové práce je výzkum týkající se vlivu rozvodu na děti.
Annotation in English	This final work discusses the institution of family, its types and functions including the historical evolution. It also judges the contemporary conception of the family and its characteristics. One of the main topics of the final work is the problem of high divorce rate and its main causes and reasons. The work also includes a research part concerning the influence of divorces on children.
