Annotation Práca spracováva CRM analýzu vzťah zákazník predajca. Zameriava sa na vzťahy a lojalitu zákazníkov v podniku SLOVMAG a.s. Lubeník. Rozpracovaný je problém plánovania v podniku, controlling v podniku. V praktickej časti je popísaná spoločnosť SLOVMAG a.s. Zameral som sa na plánovanie, controlling a navrhol som projekt spokojnosti zákazníkov. Projekt spokojnosti zákazníkov je spracovanie katalógu výrobkov v elektronickej podobe. Hlavným cieľom je schopnosť podniku aplikovať a využiť produkt pri svojej obchodnej stratégií spoločnosti a zaviesť ho do praxe.
Annotation in English Script elaborates CRM analysis of relation between vendor and customer. It focuses at relation and loyalty of customers in company SLOVMAG a.s. Lubeník. There is elaborated the problem of corporate planning and controlling. In practical part is described Company SLOVMAG a.s..
