Annotation Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá použitím zkratek v chatové komunikaci. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části (teoretickou a praktickou.) Teoretická část se zabývá jazykem Internetu. Jsou zde popsány gramatické a formální rysy Internetového jazyka. Je zde také zmíněn proces tvoření slov, který je spojen se změnami v jazyce. V praktické části je proveden výzkum. Výzkum se zabývá použitím zkratek různými generacemi lidí a nejčastěji používanými zkratkami.
Annotation in English This bachelor thesis is concerned with abbreviations in chat communication. It is divided into two parts (theoretical and practical.) The theoretical part is concerned with the language of the Internet. Grammatical and formal features of the language of the Internet are described. Process of word-formation which is connected with changes in the language is also mentioned in this part. The research is done in the practical part. Usage of abbreviations by different generations and the most frequent abbreviations are found here too.
