Práce popisuje na případové studii vývoj sociálního klimatu ve sledované třídě v průběhu školního roku. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, zda styl vedení učitele a přístupy, které používá, jsou faktory ovlivňující vývoj sociálního klima třídy.
Práce je založena na principech kooperativní výchovy, které se vyznačují snahou demokratické a humanistické výchovy a zjišťuje, zda jejich používání přispívá ke zlepšování sociálního klimatu ve sledované třídě a jak tyto principy ovlivní vzájemnou interakci mezi učitelem a studentem.

This work describes development of social climate in a school class in course of one academic year on a case study. The objective of this work is investigation whether teacher‘s approach and leadership affects development of social climate of a class.
Investigation is based on principles of cooperative education, which is characterized by tendency to use democratic and human approach to education and is finding, how it improves social climate in a school class and how these principles affects interaction between teacher and students.
