Annotation	Teoretická část práce s názvem Partnerství veřejného a soukromého sektoru, urbánní regenerace anglických měst jako příklad dobré praxe pro Českou republiku se zabývá teoretickými přístupy ke studiu urbánní regenerace a PPP. Dále jsou uvedeny rozdíly mezi termíny revitalizace, regenerace a urban renewal. V praktické části jsou představeny a poté vyhodnoceny příklady urbánní regenerace a PPP v Anglii. Cílem práce je zpracovat koncepci urbánní regenerace a PPP vybraných měst v České republice a navržení opatření včetně zdrojů financování.
Annotation in English	The theoretical part of the thesis entitled "Public Private Partnership, urban regeneration in English cities as an example of good practice for the Czech Republic" is engaged in theoretical approaches to the study of urban regeneration and PPP. The following are the differences between the terms of revitalization, regeneration and urban renewal. In the practical part are presented and then evaluated examples of urban regeneration and PPP in England. The aim of the thesis is to elaborate the concept of urban regeneration and PPP in selected cities in the Czech Republic and propose measures, including funding.
