Cílem práce je vymezení učitelské profese z pohledu získaných teoretických poznatků, se zaměřením na stručný historický vývoj profese, typologie učitelů, prestiže, myšlení a postoje učitelů, charakteristiky osobnosti učitele a vztah učitele a žáka. Snahou je získat primární informace o učitelské profesi, vlivu osobnosti učitele na vzdělávací proces a analyzovat vztah žáka k učiteli v současné době a jeho využití při rozvíjení osobnosti učitele.
Annotation in English
The goal of the work is to determine the teaching profession from the point of view of theoretical information. We will focus on a brief historical evolution of the profession, typology of teachers, prestige, thinking and attitude of teachers, characterization of the teacher´s personality and relation between teacher and student. Our quest is to get primary information about teaching profession, about the influence of the teacher´s personality on the educational process and to analyse relation of student and teacher in contemporary times and its application for the development of teacher´s personality.
