Annotation Vláknina je důležitou nutriční složkou potravy. Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit možnosti stanovení vlákniny v mořských a sladkovodních řasách a vybrat nejvhodnější metodu pro tuto surovinu. Vláknina byla stanovena oxidační hydrolýzou, metodou podle Henneberg-Stohmanna a enzymaticky.
Annotation in English The dietary fibre is an important nutritive component of food. The aim of the graduation theses was to discover possibilities of the dietary fibre determination in seaweeds and freshwater algae and to choose the optimal method for this raw materials. The dietary fibre was determined by the oxidative hydrolysis, the method after Henneberg - Stohmanna and the enzymatic method.
