Annotation Tato práce se zabývá přípravou a studiem vlastností tenkých vrstev polysilanů, a to především PMPSi. Byla zavedena techniky přípravy roztoků, jejich čištění a vytváření směsí s molekulárními látkami. Z těchto roztoků PMPSi byly naneseny tenké vrstvy metodami spin coatingu a kapáním, které byly dále charakterizovány. Připravené vzorky byl podrobeny studiu UV degradace. Byl popsán vliv dopantu na průběh UV degradace.
Annotation in English Themes of this work are polysilanes (PMPSi) and preparation of polysilanes thin films and their characterization. Has been established technique of thin films preparation, their cleaning and solutions preparation with molecular substance. Next are methods of thin films deposition and their characterisation. Prepared samples were subject to study of UV degradation. Has been studied dope effect.
