Annotation Práce se zabývá testováním přítomnosti -OH skupin na povrchu minerálních plniv (reaktivity) - srážené siliky, kaolinu, bentonitu 75, Sabenilu 65 a kalcinovaných kaolinů P05 a W05. Testy byly měřeny na přístrojích firmy Alpha Technologies. Přítomnost -OH skupin byla testována i reakcemi s organosilany. Na RPA 2000 (rubber process analyzer), byla měřena závislost kroutícího momentu na teplotě, viskozita, vulkanizační charakteristi-ky. Na T 2000 byly měřeny tahové zkoušky - moduly, strukturní pevnost, měrná defor-mační práce. Pro finální směsi byla vybrána dvě plniva - silika a kaolin.Reaktivita plniv dokázána u obou.
Annotation in English Thesis deals with testing for presence of -OH groups on the surface of mineral fillers (reactivity) - precipitated silica, kaoline, bentonite 75, Sabenil 65 and calcinate kaolines P05 and W05. Tests were performed on test instruments by Alpha Technologies (RPA 2000 and T 2000). The presence of -OH groups was also tested at compounds with organosilanes. Speed-torque characteristics dependant on temperature variations, viscosity and vulcanising characteristics were measured on RPA 2000 (rubber processing analyzer). Tension tests - modules, structural strength, specific strain energy were measured on T2000. Silica and kaoline were chosen for the final compounds. The reactivity was proven on both the fillers.
