Annotation Cílem práce je stručný popis rakouského vinařství v kontextu s českou gastronomií. Obsahem je charakterizovat historii českého a rakouského vinařství, vinařských regionů a oblastí Rakouska. Dále vymezení vinařských zákonů a rakouských odrůd pěstovaných v České republice. Z hlediska Gastronomie pojednání o rakouské a české kuchyni a její vhodné kombinaci pokrmu s vínem.
Annotation in English The aim of this work is a brief description of the Austrian viniculture in the context of Czech gastronomy. It consists of the characteristics of Czech and Austrian vinicultural history, the vinicultural regions and disctricts of Austria. Furthemore it determines the Vi-ticultural Law and Austrian species which are grown in the Czech Republic. From the gastronomical point of view it deals with the Austrian and Czech cuisine and their suitable combinations of a dish and wine.

Dále vymezení vinařských zákonů a rakouských odrůd pěstovaných v České republice. Z hlediska Gastronomie pojednání o rakouské a české kuchyni a její vhodné kombinaci pokrmu s vínem.
