Hlavným cieľom mojej diplomovej práce je využitie controllingových nástrojov pre efektívnejšie riadenie nákladov firmy PSL, a. s.
V rámci teoretickej časti budem analyzovať dostupné literárne zdroje a stanovím postupy k riešeniu danej problematiky. Pomocou finančnej analýzy a charakteristiky interného a externého prostredia zhodnotím súčasnú situáciu v akciovej spoločnosti. Na základe identifikácie kritických miest vnútropodnikového controllingu navrhnem nástroje pre efektívnejšie riadenie nákladov firmy. Vychádzajúc zo získaných poznatkov v predchádzajúcich fázach si overím hypotézy projektu.
V závere práce zhodnotím prínosy riešenej problematiky pre efektívnejšie riadenie nákladov v podnikovom controllingu.

The main goal of my thesis is the use of controlling devices for more effective managing of the costs of the Firma PSL, a. s.
In theoretical part I am going to analyze available literary resources and then I would like to set the practices for the solution of the given problems. I want to evaluate the current situation in the joint - stock company by dint of financial analysis and the characteristic of the internal and external environment. On the strength of identification of the critical places inside the firm controlling I am going to suggest the devices for more effective managing of the costs of the Firma. Finally, I will verify hypotheses of the project on the basis of acquired experience in the preceding phases.
In conclusion of my thesis I would like to evaluate the contributions of the solvable problems for more effective managing of the costs in the firm controlling.
