Annotation	Tato práce se zabývá toxickými látkami v potravinách rostlinného původu. Toto téma je v dnešní době velmi aktuální. Spousta vědců a odborníků se věnuje výzkumu působení těchto látek na lidský organismus a životní prostředí. Práce se zaměřuje na nejnebezpeč-nější skupinu, kterou jsou pesticidy. Zabývá se jejich charakteristikou, chemickou struktu-rou a toxicitou.
Annotation in English	This thesis is occupied by toxicants in the foods of base of vegetable origin. This theme is very topical nowadays. Many scientists and specialists are devoted to research incidence these toxicants to human organism and environment. The essay is focusing on most dange-rous group, which are pesticides. It is occupied their characterization, chemical structure and toxicity.
