Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi využívat v práci Policejního sboru ČR pracovní nástroje, postupy a metody, které poskytuje sociální pedagogika. Konkrétně hledá odpověď na otázku o možnostech uplatnění absolventa studijního oboru sociální pedagogika u Služby kriminální policie a vyšetřování Policie ČR. Toto téma je zpracováno postupně, od všeobecného ke konkrétnímu. Na prvém místě je pozornost věnována teoretickým východiskům sociální pedagogiky a jejímu zařazení do systému vědních oborů, které ovlivňují sociální pedagogiku svými poznatky. Dále je věnován prostor sociální pedagogice a jejímu postavení mezi dalšími vědami o člověku, především potom jejímu vztahu ke všeobecné pedagogice. Těžisko práce spočívá v hledáni odpovědi na výše uvedenou otázku. Nejprve sou charakterizovány úlohy sociálního pedagoga a policejního komisaře - vyšetřovatele z hlediska jejich pracovní náplně a následovně jsou vzájemně porovnány pracovní kompetence obou profesionálů. Míru možností plně využívat tyto kompetence a prokázat způsobilost k určitým pracovním úkonům demonstruje na případové studii - vyšetřování konkrétního kriminálního činu. V této části práce autor využívá nejenom teoretické znalosti získané studiem sociální pedagogiky, ale i vlastní praktické zkušenosti z policejní práce. Poznatky získané v této části práce transformuje do závěrů a doporučení pro praxi.
Annotation in English
This M.A. thesis concerns possibilities for the Police Corps of the Czech Republic to utilise tools, procedures and methods provided by social pedagogy. More precisely, it attempts to find an answer to the question whether the graduate of the social pedagogy study is a suitable candidate for position with the Criminal Police and Investigation Service of the Police of the Czech Republic. The author gradually develops the topic from general issues to specific ones. The thesis opens with a basic orientation in theories on which social pedagogy relies and continues with identifying the position of social pedagogy among other sciences dealing with various aspects of human life. Attention is paid to its relation to general pedagogy. The most important part of the work is devoted to the search for an answer to the above mentioned question. It first characterises the roles of graduate of social pedagogy and roles of police commissar from the point of their job descriptions and then compares work competences of both professionals to reveal similarities. At this stage, by using a case study - a criminal act investigated by the police - the writer aims to demonstrate that their competences are comparable in particular situation contexts. This part of the thesis is based on both theoretical knowledge acquired by the author through the study of social pedagogy and personal experience he has obtained as a policeman. He draws a conclusion on the findings provided by the research. Finally, he transforms them into recommendations to be applied to practice.
