Annotation Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku vlivu sociálně patologických jevů a výchovy na delikventní chování mladistvých, analýzu příčin páchání trestné činnosti mladistvými a prognózu jejich resocializace. Část práce je věnována historii trestu, realizaci programů zacházení ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody a kontinuální postpenitenciární péči.
Annotation in English The thesis focuses on the pathologic phenomena, the analysis of the causes of committing crimes by young adults, and their resocialization. A part of the thesis is devoted to the his-tory of sentence, the implementation of programs for treating people undergoing sentence and the continual post penitentiary care.
