Annotation Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo pojednat o vybraných bioaktivních látkách v houbách. Konkrétně se tato práce zabývá aktuální problematikou sacharidických složek, cizorodých prvků a toxinů. Dále jsou zmíněny často méně známé údaje o dalších nutričních paramet-rech plodnic basidiomycet. Část rukopisu je věnováno také konzervárenskému a gastronomickému využití hub.
Annotation in English The aim of this bachelor thesis is to discuss selected bioactive compounds in mushrooms. This paper specifically is dealing with the contemporary topic of saccharidic components, foreign elements and toxins. Furthermore, the commonly lesser known facts about other nutrition values of basidiocarps are given. Part of the manuscript is devoted to preserving and gastronomic use of mushrooms.

Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo pojednat o vybraných bioaktivních látkách v houbách. Konkrétně se tato práce zabývá aktuální problematikou sacharidických složek, cizorodých prvků a toxinů.
