Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku manipulace s materiálem a vý-robky se zaměřením na konkrétní řešení manipulace s karoseriemi ve výrobním závodě ŠKODA AUTO. Z komplexní linky pro přepravu karoserií vozu A5 bylo řešeno zvedací zařízení pro vertikální manipulaci s karoseriemi. Byl proveden návrh řešení pohonu a z pevnostních analýz byl provedený numerický MKP výpočet diskrétního modelu pohybli-vého vozíku a hřídele pohonu v programu SamcefField. V závěru jsou zhodnoceny vý-sledky a poznatky z provozní exploatace navrženého mechanismu.

In this dissertation have been generally characterized the problems of material and products handling with a view to a concrete solution of handling the coachwork at the pro-duction plant ŠKODA AUTO. From the complex line for transport of the coachworks of the car A5 has been solved in details the upstream equipment for vertical handling of the coachwork. Design solution of the drive has been carried out and from the strength analys-es has been carried out the numerical FEM computation of a discrete model of the moving truck and drive shaft in the SamcefField program. In the conclusion have been the results and knowledge evaluated from the plant exploitation of designed mechanism.
