2. Charakterizujte stávající činnost obce, zejména jejich statutárních orgánů v obchodně-právních vztazích.
3. Zhodnoťte současný stav obce Hulín v obchodně-právních vztazích, analyzujte přednosti a nedostatky na tomto úseku činnosti.
4. Syntetizujte získané poznatky a formulujte možné způsoby v obchodně-právních vztazích obce Hulín.
