Má bakalářská práce je zaměřena na výpočet analýzy efektivnosti obecního restauračního zařízení jako součást finanční analýzy. To znamená, zjištění, jak si restaurace vede v jednotlivých letech a s výhledem do budoucna. Teoretická část v úvodu popisuje oblast veřejné správy, charakteristiku obcí, jejich orgánů a hospodaření. Vysvětlím, co je účelem efektivnosti, jaké zdroje a metody hodnocení využívá. Úkolem praktické části je seznámit s obcí Veselá, jejím subjektem ''Restaurací Veselanka‘‘. Vlastní analýza restaurace je zo-hledněna ve dvou variantách. První, je pohled z hlediska zabezpečení provozu nájemcem, druhá se pokouší analyzovat situaci, kdy si obec bude restauraci provozovat sama. V závěru je výběr nejvýhodnějšího řešení a doporučení do budoucna.

My work is aiming on calculation the analysis of effectiveness of municipal restaurant as a part of financial analysis. It means, finding, how is the restaurant profitable in single years and with vision to the future. The theoretical part in the introduction describes the area of public administration, characteristics of municipalities, their authorities and economy. I will interpret what is the task of effectiveness, what information sources and methods of evalua-tion use. The task of practical part is to introduce the municipality of Veselá, her subject ''Restaurant Veselanka‘‘. Self analysis of restaurant is divided into two variations. The first variation is in light of running the business by renter, the second alternative is trying to ana-lyse the situation, when the municipality will carry on the restaurant herself. In the conclu-sion is choice the optimal solution and recommendation to the future.
