Bakalářská práce se zabývá informovaností všeobecných sester o celostním přístupu k bolesti u pacientů v paliativní péči. V teoretické části je charakterizována paliativní péče, nejčastější potřeby a obtíže pacientů v paliativním režimu, včetně problematiky bolesti s celostním přístupem jejího řešení. V praktické části je uveden kvantitativní výzkum realizovaný prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření u všeobecných sester pracujících v Uherskohradišťské nemocnici a Krajské nemocnici Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaká je informovanost všeobecných sester o celostním přístupu k bolesti u pacientů v režimu paliativní péče.

The bachelor thesis deals with general nurses' awareness of a holistic approach to pain in palliative care patients. The theoretical part describes palliative care, the most common needs and difficulties of patients in palliative care, including the issue of pain with a holistic approach to its management. In the practical part, quantitative research conducted through a questionnaire survey of general nurses working in the Uherské Hradiště Hospital and the Tomáš Bat'a Regional Hospital in Zlín is presented. The main aim of this study was to investigate the awareness of general nurses about the holistic approach to pain in palliative care patients.
