Tématem této diplomové práce jsou etické aspekty práce v neziskových organizacích. V úvodu jsou definovány vztahy mezi sociální pedagogikou, sociální pomocí, dobrovolnic-tvím a činností neziskových organizací (NO). Dále objasňuje význam etického chování pra-covníků při poskytování svých služeb a potřebu jej vyjádřit ve formě etického kodexu. Analýza etických kodexů a rozbor názorů zástupců vybraných NO působících v městě Brně a okolí na etický kodex a jeho význam pro jejich činnost je jádrem této práce. Vyjádření norem etického chování formou etického kodexu je významné pro samotné organizace i pro veřejnost. Činnost neziskových organizací pomáhající sociálně slabým či ohroženým oso-bám bez etického rozměru možná není.

The theme of this diploma thesis is the ethical aspects of work in non-profit organizations. In the introduction are defined the relationships between social pedagogy, social assistance, volunteering and non-profit organizations (NO). There is clarified the importance of the ethical behavior of NO workers in the provision of their services and the need to express it in the form of a code of ethics. The analysis of codes of ethics and the analysis of the opin-ions of representatives of selected NOs operating in Brno and its surroundings on the code of ethics and its significance for organization activity is in the core of this thesis. The ex-pression of ethical behavior standards by the code of ethics is important for the organiza-tions and for the public too. The activities of non-profit organizations helping socially weak or threatened persons without ethical dimension are not possible.
