Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na studium kynologie v rámci vybraných složek Integrovaného záchranného systému (IZS) České republiky. Teoretická část práce poskytuje přehled základních právních předpisů a definuje klíčovou terminologii spojenou s tímto oborem, popisuje jednotlivé komponenty IZS a specifika kynologické činnosti v těchto složkách. Praktická část se zabývá důkladnou analýzou vybraných služebních kynologických center a obsahuje výsledky řízených rozhovorů s příslušníky těchto center. Závěr práce shrnuje získané poznatky a poskytuje návrhy na zlepšení. Cílem práce je posoudit a navrhnout optimalizace výcvikových a operačních metod v oblasti služební kynologie, které by mohly zvýšit efektivitu využití služebních psů v rámci IZS.

This thesis focuses on the of cynology within selected components of the Integrated Rescue System (IRS) of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis provides and overview of the bacis legal regulations and defines the key terminology associated with this field, describes the individual components of the IRS and the specifics of cynology activities in these components. The practical part deals with a thorough analysis of selected service cynological centers and contains the results of guided interviews with members of these centers. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes the obtained findings and provides suggestions for improvement. The aim of the thesis is to assess and propose optimization of training and operational methods in the field od service canine science, which could increase the efficiency of the use of service dogs within the IRS.
