V mé bakalářské práci se zabývám možnostmi zvýšení turistického potenciálu města Jevíč-ka a jeho okolí. V teoretické části jsem nejdříve vymezila a definovala základní pojmy do-mácího a mezinárodního cestovního ruchu. Dále hodnotím politiku rozvoje, globální dopa-dy cestovního ruchu na národní ekonomiku a v poslední části marketing cestovního ruchu. Praktická část je věnována analýze současného stavu města Jevíčka a jeho okolí. Blíže jsem analyzovala jednotlivé složky oblasti, jako jsou obyvatelé, přírodní podmínky, kultur-ně-historické památky, významné osobnosti města, dopravní a turistickou infrastrukturu, podmínky pro ekonomický rozvoj. Na základě této analýzy shrnuté ve SWOT a PEST ana-lýze jsem vypracovala doporučení pro město Jevíčko a jeho okolí, která jsem podrobila nákladové a rizikové analýze.

My bachelor' s thesis deals with opportunities of increase in the tourist potential of the town of Jevíčko and its surroundings. In the theoretical part I have first specified and de-fined basic terms of the domestic and international tourism, then the development policy, global impacts of tourism on the national economy and tourism marketing in the final part. The practical part includes analysis of the current situation of the town of Jevíčko and its surroundings. I have closely specified individual units of the area such as the inhabitants, natural conditions, cultural-historic sights, significant personalities of the town, traffic and tourist infrastructure or conditions for economic development. Following this analysis in-cluded in the SWOT and PEST analysis I have made recommendations for the town of Jevíčko and its surroundings that I have analysed as far as costs and risks are concerned.
