Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zefektivnění systému skladové logistiky ve vybrané společnosti na středisku "A". Společnost v horizontu dvou let počítá se změnami v infrastruktuře, vedoucích k navýšení skladových kapacit a navýšením objemu výroby. Cílem této práce je přizpůsobit současný systém skladování těmto příchozím změnám. Pro vyřešení této problematiky byla realizována analýza současného systému skladování na středisku "A", jejímž cílem bylo identifikovat hlavní nedostatky, které by nekorespondovaly s budoucími změnami v infrastruktuře společnosti. Výstupy plynoucí z analýzy sloužily jako podklad pro vypracování navrhovaných řešení, ze kterých společnost vybrala na základě vlastního úsudku nejvhodnější variantu. Na základě toho byl vypracován projekt zahrnující utilizaci Externího skladu 3, který byl zaměřen na maximální vytížení kapacit daného skladu a zavedení standardizace systému skladování. Výsledná podoba této části projektu byla následně zakomponována do konceptu plánovaných změn.

The diploma thesis is focused on streamlining the warehouse logistics system in a selected company at the "A" center. The company expects changes in the infrastructure over a two-year horizon, leading to an increase in storage capacity and an increase in production volume. The aim of this work is to adapt the current storage system to these incoming changes. To solve this problem, an analysis of the current storage system at the "A" center was carried out, the aim of which was to identify the main shortcomings that would not correspond to future changes in the company's infrastructure. The outputs resulting from the analysis served as a basis for the elaboration of the proposed solutions, from which the company selected the most suitable variant based on its own judgment. Based on this, a project was developed involving the utilization of External Warehouse 3, which was focused on the maximum utilization of the capacity of the warehouse and the introduction of standardization of the storage system. The final form of this part of the project was then incorporated into the concept of planned changes.
