Cílem této práce je přiblížit čtenáři současný stav farmaceutického průmyslu v kontextu rozvíjejícího se trendu cirkulárního modelu. Implementován je ve formě zcela nového cirkulárního business modelu anebo ve formě částečného zavedení, a to konkrétně ve společnostech, ve kterých se odpovědnost k životnímu prostředí a společnosti stává základním stavebním pilířem. Teoretická část čtenáře seznamuje s pojmy cirkulární ekonomiky z perspektiv různých autorů. Praktická část pak otevírá nespočet otázek v souvislosti s omezením recyklací léčiv. Ta není v České republice vlivem silných legislativních regulací prakticky proveditelná. Z prozkoumaných oblastí bylo provedeno konkrétní doporučení třech kroků s prvky cirkularity, dle kterých by lékárna mohla úspěšně budovat udržitelnou hodnotu, posílit své postavení, a stát se tak konkurenceschopnější na trhu svého odvětví.

This paper aims to present the current state of the pharmaceutical industry in the context of the emerging trend of the circular model. They are implemented in the form of completely new circular business models or in the form of partial implementation, specifically in companies where environmental and social responsibility is becoming a fundamental building block. The theoretical part introduces the reader to the concepts of circular economy from different authors' perspectives. The practical part then opens up a myriad of questions concerning the limitations of pharmaceutical recycling. Due to strong legislative regulations, this is not practically feasible in the Czech Republic. From the examined areas, specific recommendations were made for three steps with circularity elements, according to which a pharmacy could successfully build sustainable value, strengthen its position, and become more competitive in the market of its sector.
