Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu obchodu s lidmi jako formě organizovaného zločinu. V teoretické části vychází zejména z literární rešerše, obsahující literární zdroje, statistiky, strategie a zprávy, pojednávající o tomto tématu. Dále jsou v ní vymezeny důležité pojmy, které s touto problematikou souvisejí, a také právní rámec z mezinárodního, evropského a národního hlediska, se zaměřením na český a slovenský právní rámec. V praktické části se zabývá především analýzou, komparací a vyhodnocením statistik z České republiky, ze Slovenské republiky a z Evropské unie. Nechybí zde ani vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření. V závěru praktické části jsou shrnuty její výsledky a uvedeny návrhy ke zlepšení situace obchodu s lidmi.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of human trafficking as a form of organized crime. The theoretical part is mainly based on a literary research, containing literary sources, statistics, strategies and reports, dealing with this topic. Furthermore, it defines important concepts related to this issue, as well as the legal framework from an international, European and national perspective, with a focus on the Czech and Slovak legal framework. The practical part deals mainly with the analysis, comparison and evaluation of statistics from the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic and the European Union. There is also an evaluation of the questionnaires. The practical part concludes with a summary of its results and suggestions for improving the situation of trafficking in human beings.
