Cílem bakalářské práce je systematicky zmapovat a shrnout výsledky nalezených publikací zabývající se polohováním pacientů s hrudní drenáží. Ze zjištěných výsledků stanovit faktory ovlivňující polohování pacientů s hrudní drenáží, vyhodnotit možnosti a míru použitelných informací do klinické praxe.
Teoretická část vymezuje pojmy komplexní ošetřovatelské činnosti o pacienta a ošetřování hrudní drenáže spojených s komplikacemi hrudní drenáže. V této části práce je popsáno rozdělení drenážních systémů dle druhu, materiálu a funkčnosti.
Praktická část probíhá formou přehledové práce pomocí internetových databází EBSCO, PubMed a Web of Science. Tato část je zaměřena na specifikování polohy pacienta s hrudní drenáži, možnosti polohování, umístění hrudní drenáže a léčbu bolesti.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to systematically map and summarize the results of the found publications dealing with the positioning of patients with chest drainage. From the findings, to determine the factors influencing positioning of patients with chest drainage, to evaluate the potential and extent of applicability of the information to clinical practice.
The theoretical part defines the concepts of complex patient care and chest drainage treatment associated with chest drainage complications. This part of the thesis describes the classification of drainage systems according to type, material and functionality.
The practical part is conducted in the form of a review using EBSCO, PubMed and Web of Science databases. This part focuses on specifying the positioning of the patient with chest drainage, positioning options, chest drain placement and pain management.
