Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem sexuality u osob s mentálním handicapem v prostředí sociálně terapeutické dílny. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část poskytuje pohled na sexualitu u osob s mentálním postižení z hlediska psychosexuálního vývoje, jeho specifik a také rizika s problematikou spojená. Dále je charakterizována služba sociálně terapeutické dílny, sexuální výchova ve školství, a nakonec je řešena otázka osvěty sexuality. Empirická část obsahuje kvalitativní výzkum v designu zakotvené teorie. Výzkumný vzorek tvoří tři pečující a čtyři pracovníci. Sběr dat byl realizován pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s rodiči a ohniskovou skupinou s pracovníky organizace. Obsahem praktické části je také analýza dat, její interpretace a doporučení pro praxi.

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of sexuality in persons with mental disabilities in the environment of a social therapy workshop. The work is divided into two parts. The theorical part provides a view of sexuality in persons with mental disabilities from the point of view of psychosexual development, its specifics and also risks associated with the issue. Furthermore, the service of the social therapeutic workshop, sexual education in education is characterized, and finally the issue of sexuality education is addressed. The empirical part contains qualitative research in the design of grounded theory. The research sample consists of three caregivers and four workers. Data collection was carried out with the help of semi - structured interviews with parents and a focus group with employees of the organization. The content of the practical part also includes data analysis, its interpretation, and recommendations for practice.
